At a critical moment of our lives we should stop and ask ourselves: What am I doing? Am I really satisfied with my live? What is the level of satisfaction in my emotional, mental, physical and financial life? Are the things I do everyday leading me to a fulfilling and prosperous life? What about my relationships, are they healthy? Have I reached I turning point in my life?
If you haven’t stopped, asked and answered yourself these questions then go ahead and do so now! I do have reached a turning point in my life. I have said, “It’s enough with the life that I’ve been leading. It’s time to take the ball, to run with it to where I really want to go.” It’s a matter of decision really, a matter of attitude and being in the right frame of mind.
One person that I admire that comes to mind, who reached this turning point in life is Spanish success coach and entrepreneur Raimon Samsó. I consider Raimon one of my favorite success coaches. He is the author of more than ten successful books and several audiobooks in the field of self-development. I became aware of Raimon when I listened to his audiobook: Libertad Financiera (Financial Freedom). It was quite shocking what he revealed in that audiobook and the way I looked at finances has changed dramatically ever since. He introduced to terms such as: financial freedom, financial intelligence, emotional intelligence, and passive income. One of my favorites books from him is El Código del Dinero (Spanish Edition) (The Code of Money) published by Ediciones Obelisco, Spain. In this book, he teaches how to achieve personal financial freedom. Note that I’m using Raimon Samsó as an example of excellence. Mr. Samsó is someone who has turn his life around by reaching his life’s turning point. For those of you who know the Spanish language, I definitely recommend reading his books.
Raimon Samsó acquired his degree in Economic Sciences, which enabled him to manage three multinational companies in the banking industry. As good as his job was, he too stopped and inquired within the same questions I mentioned in the first paragraph. On his way to work, driving his car, he suddenly found himself crying for no apparent reason. But why was he crying for? “I was sad,” he said. He came to the conclusion that his job at the bank, which for most people would be considered a great one, wasn’t enough for him. There was something more that his spirit aspired for, probably his real life purpose.
After a short while he quit his job. He said, “It’s enough! No more paychecks every month, no more bosses watching over me”. Evidently, he had reached the turning point in his life. He had a burning desire of doing something of major significance. Raimon reached a decision that he wanted to help as many people as he possibly could. He decided and was determined to become a success coach and through his entrepreneurial efforts got amazing results.
Raimon launched his own financial education business, Area Interior – www.areainterior.net – in which he offers his services as success coach, consulting to companies abroad, as well as conducting personal development seminars all over Spain and abroad. Isn’t it amazing how a major turning point in life can be the genesis of a fulfilling life?
